Welcome to Honey Bunny Originals!
When I was 9, I started my first business: Ellieworld Creations. I sold soaps, bath bombs, and punny t-shirts. My goal was to welcome everyone into a world of pure joy. However, my dream has always been to open up a bake shop to share my love of baking with the world. In fact, I won 3rd place in my 2nd Grade Oratorical contest talking about how I wanted to “make cupcakes for sad mommies to help them be happy.” Well, my first step into doing that was publishing my gluten-free and nut-free Ellieworld Cookbook and Creations in 2019. It was my first chance at showing the world the beauty of baking and the lifelong family memories they can make in the kitchen. After that, I decided to start changing my product line to align with that idea. That is why, in the summer of 2022, I debuted the Honey Bunny Gluten-Free Cookie Mixes, based on the recipes found in my cookbook (still available on Etsy)!
Every Honey Bunny Cookie Mix is created to fit the needs of everyone’s allergies. Within my family, there is at least one person with an allergy to nuts, wheat, eggs, dairy, and more. So I am no stranger to dealing with allergy-friendly baking. That is why when one of my mixes is created, every ingredient has been meticulously chosen to be gluten-free, nut-free, and vegan. When it gets to your home, all you have to do is add the eggs and butter of your choice and enjoy!
